Construction of a 116-bed extension to the care home. The new building will be built on piles. The project comprises the extension itself, a corridor connecting the existing building with the new one, spanning a public waterway, an extension to the existing restaurant and the construction of a physiotherapy unit. One particular feature of the project is that it will be entirely heated by St Ghislain’s deep geothermal energy.
