The project consists of the construction of a new wing of the Epicura Hospital in Ath, which houses the dialysis department and a large part of the consultation offices. The building has a total surface area of more than 5000 m² divided into a complete basement, a ground floor, a ground floor+1. Ground +2 is only created to make connections with the existing building. This extension attached the existing building to several different locations and different floors. The great difficulty of the project lay in the management of the subsoil and the foundations (high water table, low soil load-bearing, old fortification present).
